Arduino to Arduino with RF21815 shields

2 Arduino Uno and 2 RFD21815 Shield for Arduino - Arduino 1.7.6

Hello,

I am new to RFD and Arduino.
I need help to start a transmitting of a string like "1234|" or "A123|" from one Arduino to another and get an OK back from the receiver when the receiver got the string.
I stapled the RFD21815 on the Arduinos.

Can someone give me please advice for the programming?
RFDigital said something like buy, start and it's fine, but not for me as a beginner. I am totally lost and do not know where to start. I could not find any simple step by step instruction for newbees.
