So I am trying to find a way to detect endotoxins with an Arduino. Currently, I have an Arduino Uno R3. I am trying to base this project off of the binding of aptamers to endotoxins. Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you!
No idea what an endotoxin is , but this is some kind of sensor or transducer you are looking for , the Arduino is incidental.
You need to use google look at what’s available or how they/it/whatever work , the chemistry and so on
Projects are based on things, not based off of things.
The Arduino can read the output of just about any sensor, so find that sensor first.
