Since no one filed an objection within the 30 day period after the
publication notice the only thing left to do is to file a statement
of use (SOU) or extension request within six months of the notice
of allowance. IIRC you can file up to five extension requests.
Since the SOU is trivial to file I would be surprised if they
didn't file it immediately.
If properly enforced this will be very good for consumers.
