Arduino Translator

Am looking to outshine the Raspb Pi B by doing a similar project with arduino.

Dave Conley did a project where he used a Rasp Pi B to translate voice input into text then from there to text in a foreign language then to a text to speech of that output in the language.

He uses microsofts translate API or translation serviCE I think.

I am looking to be able to use it offline, take a voiced input in Russian and turn it out via speech in English.

Is this something you have done before?

I'm guessing you mean Dave Conroy:

I don't think it is technically feasible for an Arduino UNO to perform an operation that a Linux machine (Raspberry Pi) requires the network resources of Microsoft and Google to do. You would start with Dave Conroy's script and would have to find an Arduino library for each library and API it uses.
