Arduino trubbleshooting

I was trying to upload a Sketch. But it took a very long time. At the end it says that it is unable to upload to
the Board. Help under http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload.
I checked every point on this Webside but it still won´t work. I selected the Arduino Nano and the Port under the Tools Tab. I also reinstalled the drivers for the CH340G.
2 Months before everything worked without a problem. In this time I reinstalled the Arduino Software.
I dont know what I should do.

This is my Sketch:

#include <LiquidCrystal.h>
LiquidCrystal lcd (12, 11, 9, 8, 7, 6);
void setup() {

lcd.begin(16, 2);
lcd.print(“Hello World”);
}

void loop() {

}

This is the Failure:

Arduino: 1.8.7 (Windows 8.1), Board: “Arduino Nano, ATmega328P”

in Datei → Voreinstellungen aktiviert wäre.

"Programmer not responding" means it was unable to communicate with the Nano in any way.

Does your computer make the USB-connect noise when you plug it in? Check your drivers again.

Can you load this program with another computer and then try it again on the problem computer and see if you get the "hello" on the serial port?

If the Arduino Nano you use is older (or a chinese clone) you should use the old Bootloader. Under Tools → Processor select “ATmega328P (old bootloader)” that should probably fix your problem.

Any other computer program that occupies this USB port? Another instance of IDE f ex.

Thx it Worked I changed the ATmega328P to the old bootloader.
