Hello all, I'm using an Arduino Mega to control two MG996R servos, and my Arduino repeatedly turns on and off resetting the program (this happens every couple seconds or so). The servos are independently powered by a 5v power supply, and the Arduino is plugged into my computer. I'm pretty sure this is a problem with the servos drawing too much power, but I have no idea why this affects the Arduino as it is attached to a separate stable power supply. Any advice helps, thanks!

What is the current capability of this power supply and have you connected the ground of this supply to the ground of the Arduino?
