Arduino University Sponsorships?

Hi! My univesity team (university of Florida) is building a Hyperloop (maglev train) and we will be using Arduino's for electrical design. We're looking for parts and monetary sponsors to help finance material costs and then travel to European Hyperloop Week in July. I'm really excited for this as it's a huge step for the engineering majors at our university!! And my job is to currently find sponsors to help us achieve our goal of presenting our design in Europe next summer.

Does anyone know how I could contact Arduino inquiring about the possibility of university sponsorship?

With a project of this scope I am guessing that the choice of microcontroller and its development environment will only be a minor part. But anyway, projects like this are always interesting to hear about and good luck with it.
