Arduino UNO 3.3V output

Dear Members,

I'm using Arduino UNO to configure my ADC chip via SPI but the output clock and data from the Arduino is 5V and I need 3.3V to configure my chip. Can anyone suggest me the solution for this?

cd74HC4050 48 cents, will drive your signals nicely. http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/texas-instruments/CD74HC4050E/296-9213-5-ND/376792 Probably need to drive chip select with 3.3V also?

For MISO coming back, use 1 gate of a 74HC125, powered from 5V, with it's OE controlled by the ADC chip select line (active low) 46 cents http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/texas-instruments/SN74HC125N/296-1572-5-ND/277218 Will provide nice clean 0/5V signal back to the Arduino.
