You can do 20 of other types (you have 20 digital pins to use), on/off only, with appropriate power supply and drive electronics (a transistor/motor at least).

No. You should plan for at least an amp per servo. 5V pin can’t supply that.
Couple of these for example.

Be sure to connect all power supply -'s together and to the Arduino Gnd.
