Arduino Uno, All seems fine except program isn't working on breadboard.

There is no problem with IDE and other prelims.

  1. USB port working fine.
  2. power led is ON.
  3. Tx Rx flashes when uploading.
  4. LED near pin 13 blinks.

But when I try to replicate the blink program on Bread board using LED and resistor, nothing happens.

Note that LED works fine. Moreover when I checked voltage between 5v and ground pin using a multimeter it showed nothing. What could be the problem?

It's fine ..i figured it out. Faulty jumper wires.
