Arduino Uno and Nano not detected by windows 10

I've been working on a project for quite some time and suddenly neither my arduino uno or nano are accepting the blink sketch as they are suddenly not being detected by either of my windows 10 computers. I have reason to believe that a forced windows update that I never wanted broke my drivers in some way. My computers don't even make the new device sound when I plug the arduinos in and no new com ports show up in the arduino IDE. I updated the IDE to the latest version and checked for updates within the IDE and it still doesn't work. Also my Nano is a legitimate arduino and my uno is a miuzei but has worked fine with the IDE in the past. If it is a driver problem, where can I get them, and if it's not, how can I fix it? Thanks.
