Arduino UNO + Arduino Motorshield + NEMA17

Hello everyone,
i have one question about the power supply for my setup:

XXXXXXXXXX

Arduino UNO:
connected with USB to the computer, with firmware, NO powersupply (5,5mm/2,1mm)
vin bridge IS cut

Arduino Motorshield:
4 wire stepper on H-Bridge, external powersupply 1.(12V/4A), 2.(12V/2,5A), 3.(12V/2A), 4.(6V/4A)

Steppermotor NEMA 17:
Bipolar, 200 Steps/Rev, 2.8V, 1.7 A/Phase, Resistance 1.65 Ω/coil, Inductance 3.2 mH/coil

XXXXXXXXXX

The problem is that the shield makes crazy things without input while its connected with one of the 4 powersupplys.
The LED´s are blinking and the stepper makes noise.
If i give an input with NI Labview goUp oder goDown it makes only ratatatatat but no realy action.

With an laboratory powersupply 12V,2,3A CV+CC it works fine.
But the Voltage goes up and down between 5-12Volt, the current is everytime exactly at 2,3A the maximum of the powersupply.

Please tell me what mistake i make, what is wrong with my powersupplys?
