Arduino UNO as a controller for speed reading with Pololu whell encoder

Hi all, I hear there are some who have experience with Arduino Uno as a controller for speed reading with Pololu whell encoder.

Pololu - Encoder for Pololu Wheel 42x19mm

I've looked through the tutorials and searched the forum but can not find examples of setup.
