That error looks like it's coming from some application you're running that came from that site, nothing related to Arduino - it looks like it's not even getting to where it talks to the Arduino, because it can't open the file you're telling it to use (did you get the location right?)

I think you'll have better luck asking somewhere that might have people familiar with that program (maybe on a PIC forum?)
