Arduino Uno, cant select port

Hello,

When I want to choose my Arduino Uno, the port is greyish and I can't click on it. I've looked around a bit and it might have to do with the driver or the COM-port selection.

When I want to update the driver from the Arduino drivers folder, it says that it is not digitally signed and stuff, so it doesn't work.

My COM-port for my Arduino Uno is COM4, but if I try to upload, it says: Board at COM3 is not available.

What do I do now???

When I want to choose my Arduino Uno

Choose it where? In what application?

So, tell it to accept the unsigned driver.

Did it work before, using the same board and the same PC?

If yes: Close and restart the Arduino-IDE.
