Arduino Uno + Cnc Shield Connection Problem

Hello i have arduino uno (clone) and cnc shield i can upload grbl and other codes when cnc shield not attached. But when i attach cnc shield to arduino i cant upload anything. Here is the error.

Clearly there is an issue with the shield or something attached to the shield.

AT this point a schematic or decent pictures would probably be helpful.
