The idea of a school project is usually that YOU design the circuit and write the code not that you get someone else to do it for you.
But to get you started, almost every Arduino robot car ever made uses motors and sensors, often HS-SR04. Google "arduino robot car" and it will provide you with hundreds of examples of reading sensors and driving DC motors that you can modify to suit your particular project.
