I just got the Uno for a class of mine in college and I went to update my drivers but every time I go to the file from the update drivers screen, it won't show it at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
I am running Windows 7
I completed the same process earlier today and agree that this step is a little confusing.
Windows doesn't display the driver file (.inf) when you browse to the *\arduino-22\drivers folder. Just select *\arduino-22\drivers anyway and click OK. Then Windows 7 completes the driver installation process.
