Arduino Uno Ethernet Replacement

I wanted to get an Arduino with built in ethernet. I looked at the Arduino Uno Ethernet module. The page indicated that the product is currently retired. What comparable board should I be looking at? Something that had Power over Ethernet built in or as an add on module would be a big bonus. Thanks!

Where else would you go?

If you still want an Arduino with ethernet built in, try Freetronics Etherten.

Good advice from Nick but you could also consider an ESP8266 module (only requires Tx/Rx plus power) which is almost 'built in'!

Just suggestin' :astonished:

Thanks! Just what I need.

Getting the ESP8266 to work with the Arduino, can be a major pain-in-the butt. Think of it as a learning experience.
