Is there by any means a way to get the frequency received by the ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) and not the distance
You'd have to have a schematic.
Try pin 14 of the OpAmp chip (the one on the opposite end from the MAX232 chip). That seems to be the amplified receiver signal. If you want to know frequency, use the frequency-counter sketch of your choice.
Pins are numbered counter-clockwise from the end with the dot or notch.
...and don't forget you only have about two or three hundred microseconds to make your measurements. (Eight transmitted cycles, plus ringing)
