My friend gave me IHSV57 Integrated ServoMotor with below sockets.
Can i even use Arduino uno to control this ?
If so can any1 please help me with any insight for the connections ?

It looks a very specialized motor. Do you need that type? Could you not use a normal servo motor with just three wires?
Do you have a motor to go with that controller? You can control the driver with an Arduino.
