Arduino Uno Issues

I ordered a Arduino Uno R3 and right out of the box I was unable to upload programs to the board without it throwing back a error. I have tried to upload to the board on four different computers in house and was unable to do so on all of them. I don't know if the board is broken or I am just not setting up the Arduino and IDE up right?

What error?

avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\.\COM2": The system cannot find the file specified.

Does it show in the device manager? Which version IDE did you install. And just in case, does the board somewhere state arduino.org ?

First Question: When I first plug in the board or after the driver is installed?
Second Question: The IDE version is 1.6.7.
Third Question: On the front and back it has Arduino.cc.

After drivers are installed.

What options are available in the tools -> ports menu?

After the drivers are installed it looks like this: Look in Attachment

The only opinion is a communication port that is not for the Ardunio.

Never mind I emailed Adafruit and they said I was broken and would send a replacement. Thank you for your time!

The capture shows com3, your error is on com2. Selecting the correct port in the IDE should solve the issue
