My arduino uno L led is red blinking. I uploaded the arduini isp and the L led is solid red. What happened to my arduino?

You uploaded a program that makes pin 13 HIGH or flashing at a high frequency.
If you upload BLINK or BLINKWITHOUTDELAY from the examples, it will start flashing again.
