Hello. I've had this problem where if I use my Arduino Uno for anything that contains using the clock, it just freezes or goes too fast. I've had this for years for example: A 7 seg display scroll that freezes sometimes even if it's not planned. This doesn't happen on my Arduino Nano. Can anyone tell me what is happening? And my chips are beeping quietly. Anyways, here's the video footage:

What is "the clock" in an UNO?
Y'know, the thing that goes on and off
ok here's the link: https://bit.ly/glitchinguno
No, never seen "things" in an UNO.

Oh, thanks about that.
Alright, here's the website where I bought this: Arduino Uno R3 SMD CH340 Chip - Klon (USB Kablo Dahil) Uygun Fiyatıyla Satın Al - Direnc.net®. And it looks like this: Goofy ahh UNO - Album on Imgur
Looks like lots of text there. Where does it explain "the thing" You have in mind?
Referring to the title of the post, is it possible that the code has anything to do with the issue?
I know i'm late but,
I tried it on the Arduino Nano and it was fine.
So the problem was the Uno's crystal and the chip was crying for help, buying a new one fixed that.
By the way the 340 chipped Uno's are DIRT CHEAP (5-7$)
