I'm trying to connect my arduino, but the "ports" button is greyed out. it look like my computer doesnt recognize the arduino.
I tried to install the drivers but I cant find anything in device manager, I checked "Other devices" but I cant find it in there.
How can i solve that? (sorry for my english)
Are you sure you have a Data + Power USB cable?
If yes, what is the USB/Serial chip next to the USB connector?

I also tried to use a cable from a printer, so it is probably Data + Power cable but it didnt work.
It is not an original arduino but the chip is "Atmel mega 16u2".
Try reinstalling the Driver.
On my PC its C: /Arduino_1.8.13/drivers
If you can get the driver loaded, then fire up the IDE and try the Loopback test:
Reset to Gnd on the board, connect Rx to Tx, and see if typing is echoed back in the serial monitor.
If it is a CLONE UNO then see the links below for additional help.

How can I install the drivers if it doesn't appear on the device manager?
Device manager does not always RELY on drivers to show an item.
It may show up even as a device with some form of error that looks nothing like the device itself.
There are lots of hardware out there that will NOT show until the driver is installed.

DO NOT depend on device manager to tell you what you need as it is not infallible !
It is always preferable to depend on the hardware manufacturer to get the correct drivers.
Even microsoft can fail and use incorrect or outdated drivers.
You were already PROVIDED with links to help you so you may want to use those !
