I have an Arduino UNO that was working perfectly just a little while ago. Then all of a sudden it came up and said that the COM port was already being used. I did some research and saw that to try update the drivers in the device manager. While I was doing that, I accidentally clicked "Uninstall". So I figured that I would just need to unplug the USB cord then plug it back in and let install again. But now whenever I plug the Arduino UNO into my computer nothing happens. It does not even make the sounds to let you know that the USB was connected. The LED's on the board are lite up, and I have tried plugging in other USBs into the same port that the UNO is plugged into and they work fine. I have also tried changing the cord but I don't think that would even be a problem due to the boards LED's lighting up when connected. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
