SHORT :- So i installed HoodLoader2 on my arduino and it worked but i did not want HoodLoader2 so i removed it and now it says Usb device malfunctioned and i cant access it

Please add a reply here on the forum thread that provides a detailed description of what you did to remove it.

If you followed some instructions for doing that, please provide a link to the instructions.

i followed instructions in the HoodLoader2 Wiki and while removing it i accidentaly pressed upload button more than once and pressed serial monitor and now UNO is not recognised

change line 11 to "201" as its defined for UNO default bootloader

Do you only have the one Uno, or do you have other Arduinos?

I have one Uno and one nano

But nano pins (those 6 pins ) are cut

If the bootloader is missing from an arduino, another arduino can be used as an icsp programmer to replace the missing bootloader. There are many tutorials on how to do this.
