Arduino UNO on Fedora 14

Hi,
I am having difficulties to get my Arduino Uno working on Fedora 14.
I have been reading through FAQ's and setup info but to no avail.
From what I can read and test it seems that all is OK.
However, once I want to start an upload to I get the Invalid Device Signature error report.

I have installed arduino using yum install arduino.
When I check installed packages I get :

yum list installed rxtx

rxtx.i686 2.2-0.3.20100211.fc14 @updates

yum list installed arduino

arduino.noarch 0021-1.fc14 @fedora

[mb0606 ~]$ arduino

Binary sketch size: 978 bytes (of a 32256 byte maximum)
avrdude: Yikes! Invalid device signature.
Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override
this check.

Anybody any idea how to get this solved ?
Appreciate any help.

Regards,
Marc
