Arduino uno port selection problem

Hi guys, I have an Arduino Uno chip that I ordered from Amazon. When I connected it to my device so that I could program it, everything was fine, but what happened after I unplugged the Arduino Uno and connected it again to the device, I could not determine the port because it was visible in grey, even though the LED chip was working fine, I tried to download the CH340 Driver but that didn't work Also, I tried to connect it to another device with the Arduino IDE application, but unfortunately all this did not work.

Did you have this problem before, or does the Arduino chip have a problem or a malfunction?

NOTE:
my pc system is windows 10 and also another PC is windows 10 , and both are HP+ The last time I uploaded the code to an Arduino Uno chip, its USB port overheated.

Did you re-boot your PC?

What is this mystery "device"?

Yes ,but still it doesn`t work

Did you connect any external hardware to the Arduino?

I tried to connect the ESP shield on Arduino Uno, but still, it doesn't work!

Before, or after it failed? Did you try it without any shield?

So far you've mentioned a custom IC, an UNO, and an ESP shield. I think it's time you showed with a diagram, how you have those connected...

After, at first I tried to connect it to the personal computer alone, then I tried to connect it to the computer and on top of it connect the ESP chip and both methods didn`t work for me.

Please read the forum instructions on how to ask a question.
