Arduino UNO port unavailable

I just got an UNO and I tried uploading a program, but I get an error saying "error uploading check if the selected board is currently available". I'm connecting the board to my HP laptop with windows 10 and I'm using Arduino online editor.

Arduino/Genuino UNO is selected but a red x is shown and when click in the Monitor menu in the online editor "Serial Port unavailable" is shown. The plugin is installed and open (green icon).

When I connect the board to usb on my pc a green led turns on in the board and sometimes an orange led (pin 13) is also on. Leds are on all the time, no blinking.
Same hapends when the board is connected to 6Volts dc adapter via power adapter.

I try reseting but nothing happend.

Device manager don't show any device when I plug in the board but the usb port works fine with a memory stick or mouse so It must be fine.

I changed usb cable but same thing hapends.

I think my board is broken.

Any advice to know what is wrong and how to fix it ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

George.

Hello.
It is a original UNO R3. Driver is installed and working ok (Plug in icon is green and white).
I clear chrome cache and restart my pc.
USB is version 3. I also install Arduino IDE on my pc and the port option on tools menu is gray and I canot select it.
