Arduino Uno power supplying

Hello everyone, I have a project I want to make.
And it's about the cars and installing Arduino in the car, but I don't know how to power supply the device 24/7/365 in other words all the time especially when the car moves.
My project should be working even if the car had an accident and as you know of course the battery of the car will be turned off so my project will be useless.

I've do researches and I found battery is good option but then I have seen that will be problem with the temperature, especially here in Saudi Arabia it reaches around 50°C in the summer.

Any Idea how can I power supply the Arduino all the time ?

Batteries discharge.

You could connect the car by wires to a power source that you know will be "on all the time". Those are surprisingly hard to find.

He lives in Saudi Arabia. I'd go solar panel from a garden light or two, mounted in the rear window.

Those don't work at night, which I'm told reliably falls, even in Saudia Arabia.

Hopefully if you think about it long and hard (that's what she said), you'll think of the solution. Hint, it's the same one the solar lights use at night. Thanks though
Besides, I was talking about the project in question, which is supposed to work in Saudi Arabia. I'm sorry, but I've never heard of the country you referred to.

Those have batteries as well. So sorry that the typo was so utterly confusing to you! I've fixed it, many thanks for your comment.

Well thank you. There was no need to be rude and condescending. If you want something to run all the time in a car, there's no way around extra batteries. If you have the way, I'm sure you could sell the super capacitor patent to Elon Musk. Without knowing the application, anything tied to the vehicle battery is going to drain the battery and in the event of service or an accident (I don't know what this is for), since he wants to run it even in the event of an accident, the car battery is out. When emergency responders arrive on scene, cutting or disconnecting the battery is pretty much the first thing that happens (disconnecting is better in case the electric seats need to be moved to make for a quick extrication, it can be momentarily reconnected).
Can't we just get along?

Also, I apologize for my own snark. I'm a firefighter by trade, it's bred in us to take no poo, if you know what I mean.
