Arduino UNO R3 and USB Host Shield can't read USB

i'm trying to get Mouse input from USB Host Shield to arduino Uno R3, but serial motinor say "OSC did not start.", at first i think its power issue but i'm already solve a power issue with conecting some 5v power and 3.3v power and 5v usb power like image im attach on this post, but im still faceing sama issue like before.

You need to post the complete file, there is not enough information to determine what is going on much less what may be wrong. Show a simple schematic showing where you connected the power and at what voltage.
