Arduino UNO R3 using Radiometrix UHF...how about HF ?

I have the Arduino UNO and have already been testing RTTY using the Radiometrix NTX2 module.Has anyone tried using an HF transmitter using the same idea?Is there a ready made HF module(s) available between 10m-80m amateur radio?
Any information or links would be appreciated.

To add to my post,these HF modules work very well with Arduino.

Bought a few of them and excited about getting them to send GPS data for balloon tracking.Had anyone tried this yet?
