Arduino UNO r3 with ADK shield for Android V2.0: no USB connection found?

Hello!

I bought a system like this from ebay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/271001311980?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

It has arduino UNO R3 and ADK shield for Android V2.0. My Android device is Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 and it is by its model number GT-N8000. The Android version in my notebook is 4.0.4.

Arduino UNO r3 seems to be fully functional and there are leds which are burning but this ADK shield for Android V2.0 is somehow mute. I think that this ADK shield should also has leds burning when I connect it to power source and USB but nothing happens.

The problem is now that my Samsung notebook cannot find Arduino UNO unit by its USB port. It simply isn't there. I have checked it with diagnostic software which says that there should be a support in Samsung but there is no connection to Arduino with USB.

Do you have any experience of this Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 device, does it has problems with this ADK shield for Android V2.0? What I should do in order to get connection from Samsung Galaxy Note to Arduino UNO by its ADK shield?

All help is now needed. Please advice and thanks in advance!
