Having issue installing drivers for Uno R4 minima
, installed IDE 2.1.1 and driver installed for DFU-RT port which is now listed under Universal Serial Bus devices , however CDC port has yellow error under com port , update windows but no success ,tried two pc’s same result.would appreciate any assistance

Hi @bravia99. In case it might be relevant later, please tell us which version of Windows are you using (e.g., "Windows 11")?
Please try a different USB cable. It is possible this problem could be caused by using a low quality or damaged cable. Don't assume the cable is good just because the LED on the UNO R4 Minima board lights. This type of problem would be caused by a cable that has functional power lines, but a problem with the separate data lines in the cable.

Did you try running dpinst-amd64. Exe as administrator? I've had to do this on all my work devices.
Can you share which OS you are using and the screenshot of the device manager? when trying to install drivers did you get any error message?
