Arduino Uno shuts down after 5 seconds

I have adjusted that so that it is over the center part (I had to get another breadboard). The problem still persists though.

(I cant send more posts for 22 hours since I am new) What does diagonally opposite pins mean?

Disconnect the two wires (yellow) that go to the two LED terminals.

Do you have a DMM?

What does diagonally opposite pins mean?

It means either top-left and bottom-right, or bottom-left and top-right pins.
