I tried to access on Arduino Uno with USB, she's powered but not detec on computer ...
Yesterday everything ok, and this morning nothing ???
Any idea ?

Did it stop responding after a misadventure with a project? is there a chance you may have shorted it out?
Like I did to one of mine?
Perform the loop back test as described at the top of this forum to verify if the board is dead.. if it passes, it's good, if it fails it is bad. However there may be hope yet even if it fails. that the board powers up is a good sign actually. the actual ATMega chip is most likely still good and you should be able to still be able to program it via a serial connection, however, you will need another, good UNO board to do so.
