they are not

first is a Wemos D1 R1 clone. it has only esp8266 as MCU

second is a retired original Arduino Uno WiFi Developer Edition from 2016. it is an Arduino Uno with connected esp8266 on board

i am new in this field i want to make a project a game in which i want to use arduino sensor and board in unreal engine kindly if u can tell me about it does unreal engine support.

i am using ardunio MPU6050 sensor gyroscope+accelerometer in it for motion sensor and i want to use arduino uno wifi board with esp8266 will they work together kindly guide me.

don't use Uno format. it is too large. If you want an MCU with WiFi, I would recommend Wemos D1 mini or D1 mini Lite (less flash)

I can only repeat my previous comment. Those are boards to run Arduino sketches
