Arduino uno wire length

Hi does anyone know how to get the length of a wire with arduino, even if it gets the wrong length I will tweak it, maybe some pwm functions?

Length of a transmission line (coax, or pair of wires) or of "a wire" (which is an antenna of course)?
The first is normally done with TDR techniques (Arduino is not in any way ideal for this). The second
would use analog RF techniques like a GDO or a network analyzer - not in Arduino territory at all.

And you didn't say what accuracy you were wanting.
