Arduino Uno with 2 channel Relay Shield + XBee ZB S2C but not detected by XCTU

Hi everyone,
I have problem in Combining Arduino Uno with 2 channel Relay Shield (Elecs Freaks) + XBee ZB S2C. XCTU cannot detect whether RF device or Firmware. I tried to discover RF device but no luck at all.
At beginning i thought there's a problem with shield board. I tried do control relay ON/OFF it worked. I put jumper wire from shield to breadboard with 433Mhz module. It worked as well.

Maybe one of you that have exactly same specs with me can help me :slight_smile: . Appreciate your kind support.
