arduino uno with itead gps shiels

Hi, I also have ited’s gps shield. http://iteadstudio.com/application-note/play-arduino-with-global-positioning-system-gps/
its mounted on the uno
I have uploaded the code below. my jumpers are on pin 3(rx) and 5(tx).
all i get is stars. please help.

Which do you think will happen quicker: a) you get a reply to one of your badly-formatted identical questions, because you posted it to different parts of the forum b) you get banned, for precisely the same reason?
