Arduino board showing light but not detected by laptop. When i am Connecting usb with laptop.

You may be using a charge only cable, but it's just a guessing as we have too few information.
I am using arduino uno r3.
And the IDE version is 1.8.19, but that's not the case, if you connect any usb cable, a sound and a signal comes to the computer. It was also coming to my Arduino, but now it's not coming, only the light is on the Arduino board, I've tried using two other computers.
Tried using cable.
But only the light is on but no code is uploading.
And the arduino is not showing on the computer.

It sounds like you got part of your board burned.
I remember to have seen some possible loopback tests provided by @sterretje in another post. Maybe can give us some light.
Loop back test will not help if the computer does not show a device in Windows device manager.
