Arduino upload problem

Arduino: 1.8.5 (Windows 7), Board: "LilyPad Arduino, ATmega328P"

Sketch uses 1046 bytes (3%) of program storage space. Maximum is 30720 bytes.
Global variables use 9 bytes (0%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2039 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.
avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\.\COM3": The system cannot find the file specified.

Problem uploading to board. See http://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Troubleshooting#upload for suggestions.

Is that error for the ONLINE or the desktop IDE ?
Looks like the desktop.

Also enable VERBOSE for the upload to add more detail for the error.
Make sure nothing else is connected to the board 0 & 1 pins during upload.
Is it a CLONE or a REAL arduino ? (doesnt matter but the advice will change)

ITS IDE.
I ENABLED VERBOSE AND ITSHOWS MORE DETAILS ABOUT IT. Arduino: 1.8.5 (Windows 7), Board: "LilyPad Arduino, ATmega328P"

avrdude done.

PLEASE REPLY FOR IT IMMEDIATELY I HAVE VERY LESS TIME.
Thank you.

Remove anything that is connected to the Arduino.

Ensure you use a USB 2.0 port.

Try another cable.

You failed to answer my question about which IDE you were using but it seems its the desktop so lets get this moved elsewhere.

BTW we are all just arduino users not Arduino staff so use of CAPS and asking for an immediate answer doesn't sit well with a lot of us.
