CAN i use this usb chipset 1.0 to interface with arduino . so that i can store music files in the pen drive , process it with arduino and get the output from a speaker.please, if possible, i want to know the extra hardware requirements and the circuit diagram .

Sorry no, the arduino hasn't got that sort of processing power or memory.
