Arduino ver 1.8.9 and LRF ver 2.3.1 Error - "Cannot Find Missing Boards.txt"

Good morning guys.

I'm experiencing trouble when trying to install the Little Robot Friends (LRF) library for Arduino.

I've attached the error message that I'm receiving.

I'm relatively new to Arduino so any troubleshooting feedback will help.
