google "sanguino". That's an arduino port for the 644.

The Arduino mega is also rumored, with 4 UARTs.

Here is a link to the software port instructions from a vendor for using a 644P on version 12 or the Arduino IDE. I had been using that for several months with my breadboard mounted 644P.

After version 13 of the IDE came out I applied the same changes to it and the 644P seems to work fine on it. I haven't yet upgraded to version 14 and I may skip it and wait for 15.
