Arduino & Video?

Hello everyone.

I have a NTSC video feed and some sensor data. I'd like to put some text & graphics on the video feed. I was wondering if there was some chipset that would allow NTSC video in, digital interface for writing stuff on the video and NTSC video out?

I don't know where to look for something like this or what it would be called.

I was looking at some of these for video overlay, but have never tried them:

It might be possible to do some overlay directly using just an Arduino, but something like the above would probably be the way to go.

That feature also goes by the name OSD (On Screen Display)
