Arduino - voltage detector + relay

Hi,
few hours doing battle of David an Goliath made significant progress (it works), but i would like to make it more efficant.
It would be helpful if someone can point me in right direction.

What code supposed to do:
-On wire there is no AC voltage
-Voltage comes - Arduino waits
-Voltage disappear - Arduino activates relay for 5sec
-After he waits for voltage to come again

here is code - only problem if past code Voltage and comes to NULL1 if AC is cut of it will not activate. https://postimg.cc/XXrPRt02
Work OK between Voltage and message NULL1

what can i do THNX
