I have been working on a project to create a connected watch based on arduino. The prototype start to look pretty good 
but now i begin to work on the integration of the componant to fit on a small size board... and this is really not easy :s
I made some test with the GPRS shield EFCOM PRO, it is very good, but i was wondering how i can reduce this board. Specially the chip SIM900 and the antenna. Watching at all the small smartphone around, they must be thousand of possibilitys to make a very small GPRS communication board. Why is all the protoype using this SIM900 which is so huge? are there any other chip who could do the job? How could i print an antenna on a board? or use small piece a metal maybe?
