Now how do I easily store the temperature, humidity, and pressure in variables so I could just do somthing like this:

client.print(weathertemp);

So it stores the number and then I can print it out anytime during my sketch until it refreshes it self.

Any ideas on how to do this?

We need to know what you are hooking this up to.

I hooking it up to an arduino mega with an ethernet shield on it. I got the web server part already, I just need to know how to print the weather data on it.
